You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a binding contract to request quotes or purchase insurance through Policy Peak.

3. Not an Insurer; Quotes Are Estimates

Policy Peak is a licensed insurance producer that helps consumers compare and purchase coverage from third-party insurance carriers. We are not an insurance company. Any quote presented on the Site is an estimate based on the information you provide and is subject to underwriting review, verification, and acceptance by the issuing carrier. Final premiums, terms, exclusions, and availability are determined by the carrier and set forth in the policy documents.

4. Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when requesting a quote, applying for coverage, or communicating with us. Misrepresentations may result in denial of coverage, cancellation, or rescission of a policy.

5. Electronic Communications and Consent

By submitting your contact details, you consent to receive electronic communications from Policy Peak and participating carriers regarding your quote, application, or policy. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

6. Permitted Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site in a way that violates any law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or related systems.
• Interfere with the operation of the Site, including via scraping, denial-of-service activity, or malware.
• Use the Site to submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by Policy Peak or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or use of the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100).

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Policy Peak, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party right.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Denver, Colorado, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
